When I started thinking about the packaging for my wooden puzzles. I came across this video on Angie Holden‘s YouTube channel. Cricuting with Delonda: Cricut Tutorial: How To Use Cricut Adhesive Foil | Dollar Tree Candy Jar
I have some of the adhesive foil that Delonda uses in this video, but I haven’t used it yet. Watching her video helped me to know how best to transfer the foil from its backing to the surface of wherever I want to put the adhesive foil. Now I have a good idea of what SVG file I want to create and what object I want to put it on. ?
Mr. Crafty Pants: I was robbed (& I’m exposing the thief)
Michael, over at Mr. Crafty Pants on YouTube, made this video after discovering that someone had duplicated the work of him and his team and was selling the files as their own! The thief didn’t even bother to change the wording in the descriptions! I mean… Really?! Watching this video was among the reasons I decided that making my own SVG files (and teaching others to do the same) is a good idea. There’s no guarantee that a thief won’t see the SVG file I created on an object and recreate it, but the thief will have to take the time to recreate it in order to use it, not just buy it, download it and upload it as their own. Thanks for sharing your experience, Michael! ?

I love these ladies, because they pull no punches. They tell it like it is when they review products. You’re only going to get their true opinions! Thanks, Oak & Lamb! ?
Mr. Crafty Pants: How to Layer Vinyl the Easy Way with Parchment Paper + Cricut | Layer Multiple Vinyl Easy Way
When I was searching on YouTube for videos to help me learn how to layer vinyl, I discovered the Mr. Crafty Pants YouTube channel. One of the things I like about Michael (and so many of the other YouTubers to whom I subscribe) is that he always makes sure to credit the source of where he finds any tips, tricks and/or hacks that he didn’t discover himself. Thanks, Michael, for teaching me how to layer vinyl. ?
